You can only use decent sounding usernames. IF YOU WERE DENIED REGISTRATION IT SIMPLY MEANS THAT YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THE PROCEDURES STATED ABOVE THEN TRY AGAIN.

a premium member is a verified individual. he/she supports the site maintenance. premium membership is on an annual basis.
requirements for being a premium member are

a. complete name and username;
b. real address and real contact number;
c. scanned copy of at least 2 valid govt issued ids with pic (f/a, driver's, ptc, passport and the like);
d. recommendation of a fellow premium member
